Cancellation Policy:

  • A cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers canceling before 15 days of departure and 100 % of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge for the cancellations within 15 days before the departure..

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure you leave a copy of your passport, visa, travel insurance, and tour itinerary along with contact numbers (if not yours, of the tour Manager who is accompanying you), with family members back home.
  • Holding a valid US/UK visa in an expired passport, you can travel with your current valid passport without having to obtain a visa again. You need to carry your old passport with you.
  • Minimum 2 pages for each country. blank pages are required in the passport before travel.
  • Minimum of 6 months beyond the intended date of return from the tour.
  • You can carry a Currency of USD 3000 or equivalent and Forex Card of up to USD 10,000 or equivalent.
  • All visa fee/s are non-refundable.
  • Granting of Visa is at the sole discretion of the Consulate.
  • After obtaining a visa if the trip is canceled due to a medical emergency or similar, Our cancellation policy applies.
  • Entrance fees to various monuments/museums/parks included, all included, as per the itinerary.

  • Local food of the destination and Indian food included as per itinerary.
  • Don’t leave valuables in the open. Like money, your cellphone, kindle, tablet, and passport should also not be bandied around or left out in the open for everyone to see. Don’t let the false sense of security of traveling in a group get the better of you. Again, pickpockets are tricksters and will use the group for some sort of distraction and go in for the valuables. Let’s look at it like this: you don’t want to be stuck in a foreign country without your passport.
  • Don’t act as if you were at home. Another thing to research is the etiquette and customs of the places you are visiting, and while it can be very tempting, don’t act as if you are in your own home when traveling Europe in a big group. What might be normal in India could be offensive in Europe. And please respect spiritual or holy places! Screaming, laughing, and joking with a big group in an underground tomb in Greece is frowned upon. That kind of behavior is frowned upon in most places. Oftentimes when people travel in big groups of friends and family, they forget where they are. Don’t be those people.
  • Do use alternatives to cash. There are many alternatives to using cash such as travelers' checks, special travel cards, and even credit cards. A small amount of cash is always recommended for small unexpected expenses but keep the big purchases on plastic.
  • Don’t flash money around. Europe is notorious for pickpockets and small acts of opportunistic crimes. While you may not be used to worrying about things like that, avoid flashing money around, or making it super obvious where your money or cell phones are kept — pockets are a no-no. While traveling Europe in a group is generally perceived as being safe, a crowd can also be an obvious target and sometimes makes it easier for someone to hustle past on the way out of a train and grab your wallet without you realizing it because you were all distracted. In general, when dealing with money there should be a level of vigilance — when drawing and exchanging money too, and avoid any ATMs or money exchanges that look suspicious.

  • Day 1

    Arrive into Paris – the City of Romance, Lights, and Glamour

    Hello! Today, we begin our adventure to Paris, a renowned city known for its exceptional fashion, renowned museums, breathtaking landmarks, and captivating cabaret scenes.

    Upon reaching your destination, our Tour Manager will extend a warm welcome, assist you with hotel check-in, and be available to support you throughout your stay.

  • Day 2

    Guided City Tour of Paris. Visit to Eiffel Tower 2nd Level. Enjoy a Romantic Cruise on River Seine. Visit Fragonard French Perfumery

    Today, we commence our guided exploration of Paris, offering you the chance to admire some of its most renowned landmarks.

    Our schedule includes stops at iconic sites such as Place Vendôme, Place de l’Opéra Garnier, Musée d’Orsay, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées (famously known as one of the world's most fashionable avenues), Arc de Triomphe, Alexander Bridge, Les Invalides, and many other notable locations.

    Next on our agenda is a visit to the second level of the iconic Eiffel Tower, where you can indulge in a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. With its unmistakable tapering cast iron pinnacle, the Eiffel Tower symbolizes not just Paris but the entire nation of France.

    Later in the day, we embark on a romantic cruise along the Seine River, providing one of the most picturesque vistas in the world. As we glide beneath charming bridges, you'll be treated to views of exquisite monuments including Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, and many others. This relaxed cruise allows you to appreciate the beauty of Paris from an extraordinary vantage point, right in the heart of the vibrant city.

    Our journey continues with a visit to the Fragonard Perfumery, an essential destination in Paris. This museum is devoted to the intriguing realm of fragrances, where you can uncover the secrets behind the art of crafting French perfumes.

    Drive to Scenic Switzerland

    After checking out from your hotel, we will begin our journey towards Switzerland, a picturesque Central European nation characterized by its mountainous terrain, pristine lakes, charming villages, and the towering peaks of the Alps.

    As we embark on this scenic drive to Switzerland, you'll be treated to breathtaking landscapes. Switzerland's mountains and valleys are renowned as some of the most awe-inspiring in the world, promising stunning vistas at every turn.

    During your drive through these mountain passes, you'll encounter remarkable landmarks and sites of historical significance.

    Upon reaching Switzerland, we will proceed to your hotel, where you can check in and unwind in the cozy comforts of your accommodation.

    Enjoy a Magical Alpine Excursion to the Top of Europe - Jungfraujoch & Scenic Interlaken

    Get set for a memorable magical alpine excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, a high point of your tour. First, proceed to Grindelwald Terminal. The new 3S-Bahn Eiger Express takes you from the Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher station in just 15 minutes.

    There, you will board a cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet – a world of eternal ice and snow. Visit the Ice Palace, where artists create stunning works of art in ice.

    Then, ascend to the Sphinx Observatory Deck to experience a breathtaking panoramic view of the longest glacier in the Alps - Aletsch Glacier.

  • Day 5

    Visit Mt. Titlis – Cable Car Rides, Rotair & Cliff Walk. Orientation Tour of Lucerne. Drive to Lugano.

    Today promises an extraordinary adventure as you immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes of Switzerland. Check out from the hotel and proceed to the summit of Mt. Titlis, an unforgettable experience that takes you to an altitude of 3,020 meters via a series of cable cars, including the Rotair, the world’s first rotating cable car.

    From this stunning height, enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the glistening, snow-covered peaks, deep crevasses, and pristine white snowfields adorned with massive ice boulders. Experience the thrill of walking on Europe’s highest suspension bridge, the Cliff Walk, which clings to the cliffs of Mt. Titlis and offers an exhilarating perspective.

    Later, embark on an orientation tour of Lucerne, one of Switzerland’s most enchanting cities. Visit the iconic Lion Monument and the historic Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge). Enjoy some free time for shopping, where you can explore and purchase Swiss watches, knives, and delectable chocolates.

    Later, drive to Lugano and check in to your hotel.

    Welcome to Venice – The Floating City of Italy

    After checking out from your hotel, we journey to Venice, a city celebrated for its magnificent monuments, meandering canals, and its enduring ability to inspire poets and romantics throughout history.

    Upon arrival at the Venice pier, we board a private boat for a scenic ride to St. Mark’s Square, the heart of Venice. Here, admire the stunning St. Mark’s Basilica, an architectural masterpiece of Byzantine design. Take in views of the Bell Tower and Clock Tower, which uniquely display the Zodiac signs and the current moon phase.

    As we continue our exploration, we encounter the iconic Bridge of Sighs, an elegant white limestone bridge that spans the Rio di Palazzo, linking the old prisons to the interrogation rooms of the Doge’s Palace.

    After this unforgettable experience, we return to the pier and proceed to check in to our hotel, where you can relax and unwind.

    Visit the World-Famous Leaning Tower of Pisa & Photostop at Piazzale Michelangelo

    After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Pisa to visit the Square of Miracles, a site recognized as a significant center of European medieval art and home to one of the finest architectural complexes in the world.

    Here, marvel at the remarkable Leaning Tower of Pisa, an iconic symbol of Italy.

    We then continue our journey to Florence and stop at the city's most famous viewing point – Piazzale Michelangelo. This stunning terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of Florence, making it the perfect place to capture unforgettable memories.

    Named in honor of the legendary Florentine Renaissance artist Michelangelo Buonarroti, this location provides an unparalleled perspective of the city’s beauty.

    Drive to the Eternal City of Rome & Visit Vatican City

    Today, we journey to the eternal city of Rome. Our first stop is the Vatican City, the world's smallest independent country.

    Here, explore the stunning St. Peter’s Basilica, a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, adorned with breathtaking works of art by Michelangelo and Bernini.

    Our exploration of Rome continues with a visit to the awe-inspiring Colosseum, one of the most iconic landmarks of the ancient world. This grand amphitheater has stood the test of time, preserving its historical and architectural significance.

    Next, we visit the magnificent Trevi Fountain. According to legend, tossing a coin over your shoulder into the fountain ensures your return to Rome, making this a beloved tradition for visitors.
